Frequently asked questions
If your question is not answered here, contact us directly and a person will reply.
What does “research use only” actually mean?
Every item we supply is a laboratory reagent intended for in-vitro and preclinical work by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and we publish no handling, preparation or administration guidance of any kind.
Why is there no checkout button?
Noxera operates on an inquiry basis. You build a list of the compounds and quantities you need and send it to us; we reply with current availability and a shipping quote. No payment is processed on this website, and card payment will only be enabled once a processor appropriate for this product category has been approved.
Do you test your products?
No. Noxera does not operate a laboratory and does not perform its own analytical testing, so you will not see purity percentages or test methods quoted anywhere on this site. We think stating that plainly is better than publishing figures we cannot personally stand behind. If documentation exists for the lot allocated to you, ask in your inquiry and we will forward exactly what we hold.
Who can order?
We supply research institutions, universities, commercial laboratories and qualified independent researchers. When you submit an inquiry you confirm you are acquiring the materials strictly for laboratory research and will not administer them to any human or animal.
How are orders shipped?
We ship within the United States only. Temperature-sensitive items are packed insulated for transit. Shipping is quoted separately from product pricing and confirmed in writing before anything is dispatched. Full detail is in our shipping policy.
How should material be stored on arrival?
Storage conditions for each item are printed on the vial label and listed under Specification on its product page — typically 2–8 °C and protected from light for lyophilised peptides. That is a storage condition for the material, not preparation or usage guidance.
How quickly will you reply?
Normally within two to three business days, Monday to Friday. We would rather quote a realistic window and meet it than promise same-day and miss it.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your reference number and photographs of the packaging and vials. Our refund policy sets out how replacements and credits are handled.
