What our products are
Every item in our catalogue is a laboratory reagent supplied to qualified professionals for in-vitro and preclinical scientific investigation. They are research chemicals and research supplies — nothing more.
What our products are not
- They are not drugs and have not been approved by the FDA or any comparable authority for any use.
- They are not foods, dietary supplements or nutritional products.
- They are not cosmetics and are not intended for application to the body.
- They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
- They are not for human or veterinary administration by any route.
No usage guidance is provided
Noxera does not publish, and will not supply on request, any guidance on preparation, reconstitution, dilution, dosing, administration, cycling or combination of the materials we sell. This applies to our website, our product labelling, our email correspondence and any other channel. Protocol design is the responsibility of the qualified researcher.
Storage conditions printed on our labels and product pages — such as “2–8 °C, protect from light” — are material stability specifications. They are not usage instructions and must not be read as such.
No claims of effect
We make no claim, expressed or implied, regarding any physiological, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance or weight-related effect of any product we supply. Any mechanism of action described in a product description is a factual statement of published pharmacological classification for scientific reference only, and is not a representation that the material produces any outcome in any organism.
Your responsibilities as a purchaser
By submitting an inquiry or accepting delivery, you affirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter a binding contract.
- You are a qualified researcher, or acting on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or comparable organisation.
- You are acquiring these materials solely for laboratory research use.
- You will not administer them to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal.
- You will not resell or redistribute them for human or veterinary use.
- You are solely responsible for handling, storage, containment and lawful disposal, and for compliance with every law and institutional rule that applies where you are.
Refusal of supply
We refuse and cancel orders where the stated research context is absent, implausible or indicates intended human use, and we do so without further explanation. This is not negotiable and no order is confirmed until we have accepted it in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxera Research Labs accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage arising from any use of its materials outside the laboratory research context described above. Full terms are set out in our terms and conditions.
